Our Mission

The Burning Chile Man Festival celebrates the rich cultural heritage of Southern New Mexico and its culinary traditions, as well as our famous Chile industry. The festival honors the Chile farmers/growers, the processors, and to all of us, the lovers of all things Chile!

 We aim to create a vibrant outdoor Festival where music lovers and food enthusiasts can come together to enjoy live performances and delicious dishes, having fun in the great outdoors and of course, the awesome spectacle of our 30' Burning Chile Man lighting up the New Mexico evening sky!
